I work as the Continuous Improvement Manager for Simpson Tacoma Kraft and am currently serving as Chairman for the newly formed Community Involvement Committee, a group I helped to develop. My experience ranges from Lean and continuous improvement to project planning and management, through program development and training. Recently, I successfully implemented a safety training program that included over 8500 training hours for my entire company. I bring an approachable leadership style, great enthusiasm, follow-through, and a beaming smile to all of my endeavors. I spend my free time raising my young daughter with my lovely wife Marie and work to improve our community by serving on the Board of Directors for the Pierce County Library Foundation and Emergency Food Network.
