My diverse background includes multi-diciplinary online marketing roles within financial services, technology, professional services and retail. All roads led to the one place. I started my website optimisation company in July of 2007 to pursue an integrated approach to optimising websites for search visibility and user engagement.

In 2012 I founded User Intelligence - the fastest way to get user feedback and find out what works and what doesn't on your website, landing page or web application.

My focus is on social marketing and how it is being woven into the fabric of business. In particular I'm deeply interested in social media, social crm and customer analytics.

I have a long term, big picture approach to my work and relationships with clients so ethics are paramount – no magic, just well crafted marketing based in authenticity.
