Craig Adamson, Ph.D.

Dr. Craig Adamson is an Assistant Professor at the International Institute for Restorative Practices (IIRP) and oversees its demonstration programs at Community Service Foundation and Buxmont Academy (CSF Buxmont) as Executive Director. CSF Buxmont programs include day treatment/alternative education, in-home and community based counseling, foster care, and restorative conferencing for at-risk youth and their families in eastern Pennsylvania. Dr. Adamson’s dedication to introducing restorative programming in community-based settings, empowering families, and providing quality restorative services along with teaching these learning opportunities in the IIRP is central to his work. He has been with the organizations in counseling, teaching and administrative positions since 1995. His interests and research include the influences of restorative practices in justice, education, counseling and adult learning.
