My experience includes serving as CEO and board member (NYSE American, NASDAQ, private equity owned and non-profit) for multiple brands and businesses with revenues over $1 billion. I have unique insights into critical performance metrics including brand growth; brand evolution; operational and financial performance elevation; change management; constructive franchise relationships; and alignment for strategic growth delivering value creation.
