Craig Bonn’s professional financial journey reflects more than three decades of steady focus on investment strategies beyond conventional markets. He serves as the Managing Partner of Harley Capital LLC, an independent broker-dealer, and the Managing Member of Edge Partners LLC, which uses Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs) to give accredited investors structured access to late-stage private companies. Over the years, Craig has guided clients through healthcare, consumer markets, energy, and technology sectors. He has also participated in early-stage opportunities in companies like Facebook, Databricks, and Anthropic.

Born in New York, Craig completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Hartford. Following graduation, he joined Lehman Brothers. At Lehman, he was introduced to the pace and complexity of global financial markets, where he learned the importance of portfolio oversight, risk assessment, and advisory services for institutional clients. These experiences gave him valuable tools for his career, but highlighted that conventional financial structures did not always provide the access or outcomes some investors needed. Recognizing this gap led him toward exploring alternative approaches to investment.

As Managing Partner, he established Harley Capital as a boutique firm that works with family offices, high-net-worth individuals, and trusts. The firm emphasizes diversification and fiduciary duty, while providing curated access to opportunities such as private equity and pre-IPO investments. Craig’s leadership has guided Harley Capital in building strong client relationships and tailoring its services to long-term goals.
