Currently focused on creating maximum efficiencies through my GPT models for wider utilization within Talent Acquisition. My secret is I spent a decade selling to TA selling AI sourcing tools and media plans.
I hold a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing Management from California State University. I also founded SourceCon LA to create a vehicle to share sourcing knowledge. At the end of the day, I am most proud of my volunteer work as I have dedicated over 8 years to coaching youth sports.
