Craig Dent

In his 26 year career as an award winning Senior Executive within the Financial Services, Transport, Outsourcing, Utility, Telecommunications and Consulting industries, Craig has provided tangible contributions to organisations in the areas of transformation, profitability and revenue optimisation along with employee, customer and client engagement. Core to Craig’s success is his ability to create a shared strategic vision, demonstrated through the development and leadership of high performing teams delivering exceptional results. Craig has been the leading force behind transforming immature and unsustainable operating models to profitable and customer-centric successes. With a strong community focus, Craig has taken up multiple board and advisory roles and led a number of award winning initiatives within the not for profit sector. Craig has lectured at universities and spoken by invitation internationally in the areas of Leadership, Transformation, Management, Operations, Social Enterprise, Entrepreneurship, Strategy, Change, Consulting, Innovation and Engagement. In 2009 Craig was recognised by the Australian Institute of Management for his contribution to the Australian business community, receiving the highest endorsement that can be awarded; Fellow status and in 2010, Craig was recognised by the Chair Academy through the conferral of the organisations "2010 International Exemplary Leader Award" for advances in Academic and Administrative Leadership. In 2011 Craig was appointed an Ambassador to Australia’s multicultural and multilingual broadcaster, SBS. Craig holds a Masters in Business Administration [MBA] from the Australian Graduate School of Entrepreneurship at Swinburne University, is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and is a member of the Harvard Business Review Advisory Council.
