Craig Gallagher

Craig Gallagher heads the Port Richey, Florida-based SDVOSB (Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business) Group, a construction company that has fulfilled government contracts since its inception in 2007. As President and Chief Executive Officer, Gallagher draws on his considerable experience to fulfill duties related to purchasing, contract submission, accounting, and more. Craig Gallagher maintains affiliations with several professional groups, including the Hernando Builders Association, the Tampa Bay Builders Association, and the National Association of Home Builders.

Before embarking on his professional career, Craig Gallagher served in the U.S. Army as a Green Beret and Platoon Sergeant in the 82nd Airborne Division. After sustaining injuries during a peacekeeping initiative, he launched a pair of manufacturing businesses, including Phaser International Ltd Inc. Through the firm, Gallagher developed aerosol products for personal security and single-handedly made pepper spray available to the average citizen. He sold the business in 2003.

While overseeing Phaser International, Craig Gallagher also entered the construction industry. He established and grew a firm to statewide and national recognition, and he earned several accolades for his abilities as an astute businessman and motivator of employees. In 2007, for instance, he was featured on the cover of American Executive Magazine. The previous year, he received the National Association of Home Builders' Aurora Award for his commitment to building energy-efficient structures. Many of his designs have also enjoyed distinction as part of the Pasco Parade of Homes.

Beyond these accomplishments, Craig Gallagher continues to uphold a dedication to philanthropy. The Cities of St. Petersburg and Clearwater, Florida, recognized his many contributions by presenting him with honorary keys to the city in 2005. He earned a community service award from the Tampa Bay Builders Association that same year.
