Craig Gualtiere

Craig Gualtiere has been a part of Roasters Coffee & Tea in Amarillo, Texas, for more than two and a half decades, serving as the company’s owner since 1998 and working as a barista for the four years prior to assuming ownership. In his 20 years leading the company, Craig Gualtiere has expanded operations by opening two more locations in Amarillo. Together, the three stores generate annual revenues of nearly $1 million.

A graduate of West Texas A&M University, Mr. Gualtiere earned his bachelor of science in communications while still working as a barista at Roasters. He has remained connected to the school over the years and was inducted into the university’s Communications Hall of Fame in 2017. In his leisure time away from work, he enjoys traveling across the country and has visited all 50 States. He is also a drag racer, competing in the NHRA Lucas Oil Drag Racing Series.
