Craig Hepburn
Craig is Global Director of Digital at Nokia, responsible for leading a world class digital and social media strategy for the worlds largest mobile phone business.
Craig has a strong background in Enterprise Digital Content Management Solutions with an emphasis on user experience design and joined Nokia from Open Text where as Director of Social Media Strategy he advised and consulted on Social Business and Enterprise 2.0 strategies for some of the worlds largest organisations including T-Mobile, RIM, Motorola and The Canadian Government. Previously, he headed up the global eCommerce and digital marketing strategy for STA Travel and is credited with delivering cutting edge technologies to enhance the online travel agency's hugely successful online presence and web solutions.
Craig was also hugely influential in developing some of the earliest partnerships and social media strategies with the Facebook founders which are still going strong today. Craig has been previously invited to talk and participate on the panel of some key events over the past three years including WOMMA, Social Media Influence, Enterprise 2.0 Conference, Internet World, EyeForTravel, AdTech, NMA, Revolution Marketing, Widgety Goodness, Content World and many more. Craig was voted as one of the UK's rising stars in the digital marketing sector and contributes to many publications on social media and business. Craig is passionate about social computing, web2.0, collaboration, usability, digital marketing and innovation.
