What I Do:
Craig is the current Director of Staffing for Microsoft Business Solutions. Microsoft Business Solutions (MBS), develops the Dynamics product portfolio and is leading the way in driving real innovation in the cloud and on premise for enterprise and mid-market customers.

Prior to Microsoft, he led the turn-around and build-out of the Dolby recruiting team and designed the strategy and execution that resulted in more than 1,000 hires across 15 countries and 30 offices.

With more than 15 years of experience with companies including Microsoft, Amazon, Starbucks, MGMMIRAGE and Dolby, he’s developed a high bar for talent, a keen brand sensibility and a proven ability to connect the dots between business strategies and talent strategies.
