i teach management at the university of lethbridge. and am visiting faculty at the banff centre for leadership development where i designed and now facilitate their flagship program 'leading teams for high performance' with my fabulous counterpart - sharon horne.

i am all about teams and communities. i believe strongly that teams are a form of organization NOT a label. while difficult at times to create and hold together there is something magical about a true team. a team based on collaboration, mutual accountability, respect and trust.

imagine communities built around the concept of true teams. imagine what the whole world would look like if based on those four concepts - collaboration, mutual accountability, respect and trust. does this have to be a dream??
