A graduate of Interaction Design from Dundee University, Craig is currently a UX Consultant at Sopra Steria UK. Craig works primarily within the financial sector exploring and improving the relationship between banks and their users. With an outlook towards a future of digital first banking, Craig explores the relationship of touchpoints across a client's service, and proposes new solutions in order to create a user-inclusive offering.
