An accomplished information and analytics executive, Craig Richardville has spent more than three decades in leadership roles in the health care sector. Most recently, he served as a senior vice president and chief information officer (CIO) with Carolinas HealthCare System in Charlotte, North Carolina. In this role, Craig Richardville led more than 1,500 employees and handled a budget of $350 million while overseeing all cybersecurity, health information management, and information services for the company.

Craig Richardville earned a bachelor’s degree in computer systems and analysis from the University of Toledo in Ohio before going on to complete an MBA at that same school. Prior to joining Carolinas HealthCare System, he held a number of other leadership positions in information services, including chief information officer for ProMedica Health System in Toledo and lead systems analyst for USX-Marathon Oil Company in Findlay, Ohio.

A prominent member of the larger healthcare field, Mr. Richardville is a fellow of the Health Information Management Systems Society and the American College of Healthcare Executives, among other professional groups. He also has served on the board of several organizations, including the University of North Carolina at Charlotte Foundation, the Blue Ridge Healthcare System, among several other Carolina-based companies. Outside of his professional life, he enjoys watching theatre, exercising, attending sporting events, and most of all spending time with his family and friends.
