Craig Rosenvall

Since 2015, real estate developer and investor, Craig Rosenvall, has been building some of Salt Lake City's most luxurious homes. Before getting involved in real Estate, Craig was the Founder and CEO of automobile extended warranty company, Alpha Warranty Services. Founded in 2002, he built the company from the ground up, later selling it to his sons in 2015.

As an entrepreneur, Craig has always gained satisfaction from seeing something grow from nothing. Craig Rosenvall has owned many mom-and-pop businesses over the years, working hard to turn them into something more.

From there, Craig turned to real estate. Real estate provides him an excellent opportunity to see the manifestation of hard work. He built Alpha Warranty on the pillars of reliability and quality, two principles he also applies to his real estate projects.

When Craig Rosenvall isn't actively working on real estate and entrepreneurship, he can be found spending time on his other passions. Craig is well-known as a runner and mountain climber and has summited Mt. Kilimanjaro, Russia's Mt. Elbrus, and Mt. Aconcagua in Argentina. He has attempted Mt. Everest in the past as well.
