Helping people. That has always been Craig’s goal, and it started in high school, where he started interning at the Attorney General’s Office, Nassau County, in their Consumer Frauds Bureau. He was the only young intern responsible for resolving complaints against companies large and small, and he was acknowledged as having closed more cases satisfactorily than any other interns.

That led to law school at New England Law – Boston, and an entry career at the Queens County District Attorney’s Office, where he spent over one year in the Domestic Violence division, where he was able to provide assistance to those who couldn’t help themselves.

After two years at the Queens County DA’s Office, Craig joined a franchised company, as a Vice President and Chief Counsel, and began to work with small business owners, albeit franchisees, in all facets of their small businesses. In addition to helping them, Craig was responsible for the marketing of the franchised company, in an effort to grow the franchise. After 5 years, Craig became the Chief Operating Officer of the company, responsible for all facets of operating the business. Craig built the company from 50 locations to just under 100 in 5 states, until the company was sold in 2009.

In March, 2010, Craig began a new journey of learning, studying, and doing. He enrolled in the Facebook Success Summit, and began to learn all he could about the use of the social web for small business. He combined this knowledge with his passion for technology, and his company, Social Ribbit was born.

While running Social Ribbit, a full service digital marketing agency, specializing in social media and email marketing, Craig worked closely with many small businesses and professionals to increase their reach and bottom line, utilizing all facets of digital marketing. Craig has also consulted with several PR agencies, handling the client’s social media and email marketing on their behalf.

In 2012, Craig was recruited by Ellen Williams to join a new team being formed within Constant Contact, and he became one of the first Authorized Local Experts on Long Island, giving him the opportunity to present their content to interested business owners Island-wide. Over the course of 3 years, Craig has presented to thousands of small business owners and helped hundreds with their specific needs.

He has presented to organizations and companies of all sizes including the National Association of Professiona
