20 something, student of sociology…avid hiker…rock climber bicyclist…soul searcher…modern Gypsy…modern Hippie…creative & artistic…optimistic…

All of these simple words and phrases describe me, but don’t tell my tale. I am currently a student of Sociology in Chattanooga, TN (the Hippie Pocket of Tennessee!) and while the average student takes about 4 years in their undergrad, I am one of the rare fighters who is taking her sweet time (when all is said and done, it will be a 7 year undergrad!) to official get that piece of paper declaring my Bachelor’s Degree. My reasoning, you ponder? I like to think that it’s because life has a lot to offer, and from the time I was 18, I knew I didn’t want to do things the traditional, tightly laced way. As unorthodox as this seems, it has led me to finding a certain interconnectedness between the many different aspects of life (or Undergraduate Majors and Programs, if you look at it from a student stand point) for instance, the connection between the Environment, Nutrition, and Culture. I am extremely interested in the way that food effects our bodies and discovering new recipes and new foods to try is one of my favorite things to do! I also love spreading the word about vegetarianism (a lifestyle that’s oft thrown around, but rarely taken seriously or fully understood even).

Here, I hope to promote my social media life and blog. I wish to share with you all of the things I love about life; all of the things that I find to be connected to a little thing called Happiness, which happens to be the one thing that keeps me kicking!
