I’m Andy — an entrepreneur, founder of BladeFeed, pool lifeguard at Center Parcs De Eemhof, and someone who is driven by responsibility, continuous improvement, and building things that have real impact.

Professionally, I combine two very different worlds: operational responsibility and entrepreneurship.

As a pool lifeguard at Center Parcs De Eemhof, I work in an environment where safety, awareness, communication, and teamwork are essential. It has taught me to stay composed, take responsibility, anticipate situations, and act decisively when needed. I also enjoy supporting others, sharing knowledge, and contributing to a team that people can rely on.

Outside of my work, I’m the founder of BladeFeed, an international social platform dedicated to the rollerblading community. Building the platform has given me hands-on experience across product development, strategy, marketing, community growth, analytics, SEO, monetization, and decision-making.

What I value most about entrepreneurship is the process of turning an idea into something real. I like identifying opportunities, solving problems, analysing what can be improved, and taking ownership from concept through execution.

Before BladeFeed, I built Creative Bladers, which gave me years of experience in content creation, community building, social media, branding, and understanding how to engage an international audience.

I’m also an independent music artist. Creating music gives me another outlet for creativity and has strengthened my ability to experiment, develop ideas, and keep improving my work.

Across everything I do, there is one consistent theme: I want to keep developing.

I’m ambitious, curious, and comfortable taking responsibility. I don’t expect to know everything from day one — but I’m willing to learn, listen, take initiative, and put in the work required to become better.

My long-term goal is to continue developing my skills in leadership, operations, entrepreneurship, and team management, while building projects and contributing to organizations where I can make a measurable difference.
