Originally from a small steel-town outside of Pittsburgh, PA, I've made SW Florida my home for 34+ years and have loved it all.

As my beautiful state tries to recover from it's ongoing ecological disaster I find myself increasingly drawn to this arena - water, our life source. I've started dedicating more of my time volunteering to help this crisis wherever I can.

I'm an artist in my soul {though I have many left/right brain battles for seniority at times} .. love photography {and digitally working photos on the computer}. My background won 1st place in a contest on Photobucket relating to the movie, "The Giver". It's of two of my grandsons, and called, "Brotherly Love"; if you've seen the movie you'd relate immediately ♥

Also ...Mixed media in the visual arts ...cooking creatively {I make my own vinaigrettes from fresh ingredients & Florida fruit wines} ...and much more.

About 5 years ago I started researching homeopathy and essential oils more thoroughly. Now I create my own natural soaps, ointments and such .. I also consider that a part of my creative spirit ~ aside from the fact that I encourage skin care and beauty from the inside out. ♥

I'm very interested in positive & CREATIVE ways to 'Keep the Arts Alive' and active for our Youth. That they never be without the Resources, Tools and People to encourage & nourish their creative selves and souls - to never be stifled.
