Creeks Landing: Anti-Aging & Weight Loss Solutions of Kernersville focuses on partnering with you to achieve your goals. We focus on educating our clients on maintaining health, wellness and beauty by treating and preventing the signs of aging. We help you become the person you were meant to be! Our new patient weight loss clinics are on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays from 3-6 and Saturday from 9-1. Additional hours by request, just ask! Follow up visits can come in on any clinic day, Monday-Saturday. Normally it takes 30 minutes from start to finish. On your 1st visit, you meet our knowledgeable staff member who takes your vital signs, weighs you, and if appropriate, will collect lab specimens to fully evaluate your health before starting you on a weight loss program. You will then meet one on one with our certified nurse practitioner who will perform a focused exam and speak with you in detail and answer any questions you may have. The weight loss program can be individualized to meet your needs, and may include injectable supplements and a prescription appetite suppressant. This can be filled at Sams or Costco for about $12.00 . You then get your HCG injections. We give you 10 injections for 5 weeks which is 2 injections per week. We have found this provides the best results for a maximum amount of weight loss. You will also receive 10 Lipotropic injections for targeted fat reduction which you will do twice a week and a B-12 injection for energy. The cost for the first visit is usually $200.00. If lab work is needed there will be a one time fee for labs of $40.00. Ask us about your options regarding lab work. We also provide Botox services. Prescription Latisse, Oh Yeah protein shakes and protein bars, Body by Vi shakes, non invasive body contouring, Nu Skin Galvanic spa treatments, body wraps, sublingual HCG, and more.....
