Founded by Mary Catherine Cook in 1958 as a nursing home with only 26 beds, Crestview Rehabilitation Center is a premier rehabilitation and skilled nursing center serving members of Lancaster, Ohio, and Fairfield County. In its sixth decade as a family run business, Crestview Rehabilitation Center is run by a team of senior nurses with more than 50 years of combined experience. Together, they provide quality care in a nurturing environment, serving up to 180 people a day, and including both inpatient and outpatient services.
Manned by a staff of 250, Crestview Rehabilitation Center has more than 200 beds at its healthcare campus and operates the largest physical and occupational therapy gym in the area, spanning 9,000 square feet. The gym includes a hydrotherapy room and aquatic therapy pool which are used to offer wound and tissue therapy, tracheostomy care, pulmonary rehabilitation, and post-operative heart and joint care. Other therapies offered at Crestview are speech therapy and respiratory therapy. The center also has a chapel to meet resident’s spiritual needs.
Combined, Crestview’s solid team of skilled nurses and expansive therapy offerings have enabled it to provide exemplary service to residents, earning it a number of awards. It was ranked 6th on the “Nursing Centers” list by Columbus Business First and 1st in the City of Lancaster’s Resident Satisfaction Survey by the Ohio Department of Aging.
