Father in Palo Alto, California
I'm father of two and husband of one. I run Customer Success for a super innovative company, Falkonry, that helps companies improve the performance, throughput, quality and yield of their industrial operations by discovering patterns hidden in their operational data and delivering actionable analytical insights. We do this with our ready-to-use machine learning system — like a “data scientist-in-a-box.”
I'm the founder of EasyNDA, a document management and execution service for non-disclosure agreements, and co-founded Ribbit, sold to British Telecom in 2008. Before Ribbit, I lead development of consumer fiber-to-the-home, VoIP, DSL, Wi-Fi, and voice over DSL services at AT&T, and was Director of Value Added Services at NorthPoint Communications where I kicked off one of the Nation’s first voice over DSL services.
I used to design nuclear reactor instrumentation and control technology for the U.S. Navy’s fast attack submarine, U.S.S. Seawolf. I've served on the Boards of Directors of the DSL Forum and the International Packet Communications Consortium. I've B.S.E.E and M.B.A degrees from Duke University, and a M.S. in Nuclear Engineering.
