Crisanto Alonso

Born in Heredia, Costa Rica under the sign of sagitarious, the 12.12.1979. (day of the Virgin of Guadalupe). Crisanto Alonso was born as an artist and painted since the age of four: www.crisantoalonso.com shows what his art became through the years. Lived a very happy teenagehood and shared his time with friends and a very solid family. He was educated at public institutions in Costa Rica (Cleto Gonzalez primary school and Liceo Samuel Saenz) and moved to Belgium to live in the french Wallonie at the age of 16. His journey through Europe repeated in Italy 1998 and in Germany in 2004. Those countries gave him an European perspective. Finished his carreer in the public University of Costa Rica with a 5 years degree in Industrial Engineering, working full time during his university. During his carrier he learned from leader brands such as CocaCola, MercedesBenz, Berlitz, UPS or MetaTrader among others. He added value to these organizations and saw diferent sectors of the economy resulting in an integral vision of business and about a globalized world. His professional life brought him to destinations such as Port Elizabeth SouthAfrica, SaoPaulo Brazil, NYC, Barcelona, Karlskrona or Stockholm, Cologne, Bogota, Brussels, Central America or Paris. A constant discovery of new worlds and better ideas. After 2008 crisis, his involvement in the family business brought new projects and clients. Participated in food shows of Anuga, FancyFood show, Alimentaria, Sial, Gida Istambul, MarcaBologna bringing costarican products to places as NewJersey, Lyon, Lebanon or Cyprus, where he established a new life and became also consultant of the IT sector as a LatinAmerica market specialist and business developer. Created www.lejiticos.com which is a global community of CostaRicans in foreign countries, just like him. His love for traveling made him visit places such as Syria, SouthTyrol, Nepal, India, Turkey or Egypt, Mexico, Poland, Norway or Nicaragua and Panama. Always in discovery of human esence and culture. A well recognized coffee adicted, he promotes coffee from Costa Rica. Through the time Crisanto Alonso has taken advantage of life, recognizing as he says that "life is too short" and is grateful for every experience lived so far.
