Hi my name's Criseli Saenz Almanzar. Therefore, my initials are CSA. But they're more than just my initals, its my brand! [C]reate [S]omething, [A]nything. It could be worth Everything.

Currently, I am the Diversity & Inclusion Associate at Omnicom Group, The 2013 ADCOLOR® Awards & Industry Conference Intern and was honored last year to be Miss ADCOLOR 2012. I administratively support the Chief Diversity Officer of Omnicom, Tiffany R. Warren who's also Founder & President of ADCOLOR.

I graduated from Paul J. Hagerty High School with honors and took it to Seminole State College of Florida. Majoring in Psychology and a minor in Journalism; I took an intuitive decision to participate in as many campus clubs as I could.I became a proactive member of the college's SGA (Student Government Association) by participating side by side with the Marketing Chairman; and with accomplishments of igniting the idea for SGA's 2010 shirt tagline: "Stop Being Passive and Start Getting Active". In that same year, I was elected secretary of the HSA (Hispanic Student Association). Rewarding my role there, I also created the club's motto of the year: "Don't Panic if You're Not Hispanic". My mission was to activate diversity awareness to the campus clubs at the college and encourage them to join even if they weren't Hispanic.

I recently graduated from a prominent program called Year Up New York. In completing 21 weeks of learning and development training as a student; I obtained strategic skills in business communications, business math, computer technology, and financial operations. At Year Up's Annual Potluck 2011, I also composed their theme for the year: "Manhattan Masquerade" along with participating in the following: Potluck Decorations Committee; Women's Group; and Year Up's Outreach Committee.
Year Up is a one-year, intensive training program that provides low-income young adults, ages 18-24, with a combination of hands-on skill development, college credits, and corporate internships to Fortune 500 companies. Their mission is to close the Opportunity Divide by providing urban young adults with the skills, experience, and support that will empower them to reach their potential through professional careers and higher education. www.yearup.org
