I have been a licensed, certified massage therapist inCalifornia since 2014. I’m an insured member of the Associated Bodywork & Massage Professionals (ABMP). I’m trained in various modalities of therapeutic massage and bodywork including myofascial release, neuromuscular and trigger point therapy, reflexology, polarity therapy, Thai massage, and pre-natal massage.

I am also a certified wellness coach and the owner/founder of Living from Center – Massage Therapy, Wellness Coaching, and Self Care Workshops.
