Currently based in Miami Beach and Berlin, Jofre operates as an independent creative director, catering to a diverse clientele and undertaking a wide range of projects. From 2016 to 2019, he played a pivotal role in the launch and management of the VICELAND brand for VICE, overseeing creative, marketing, digital, and content teams across multiple territories worldwide. Prior to this, Jofre held the position of SVP Marketing & Creative Director for MTV Networks International (MTVNI), where he assumed the responsibility of nearly 100 channels worldwide. During his tenure, he spearheaded global creative initiatives, developed and implemented strategic TV channel and brand identities, and established and managed a network of design studios across Milan, Buenos Aires, Tokyo, Warsaw, Stockholm, London, and Singapore.
Jofre's International journey in the creative industry commenced in 1996 when he joined MTV Networks Latin America as a VP Marketing and Creative Director. In this role, he played a pivotal part in elevating the positioning of the MTV and Nickelodeon brands throughout Latin America, overseeing both on-air and off- air promotional efforts and contributing to the overall marketing strategy.
Originally from Chile, Jofre is a creative nomad with a Master's Degree in Journalism from the University of Art, Science & Communication in Santiago. His passion for visual culture and unwavering commitment to excellence continue to drive his influential career in the creative sphere.
