I'm a mother, a writer, a lover of the outdoors, a creator, an explorer, a curious mind, a giver, and a guide.

The connection between the dynamic world around me and vibrant world within me is undeniable. As I tap in to my ability to synchronize the two, I want to guide others in doing the same for themselves.

The result is a sense of peace, of connectedness, of abounding joy, and a knowing that we are right where we are supposed to be, serving the world in the most authentic way...by being present, being real, and being free.
