Cristina Chang

Passionate double major student at the University of Massachusetts Amherst working on her Bachelor of Science in Hospitality and Tourism Management and her Bachelor of Arts in Spanish. Interested in the Food and Beverage side of the industry and looking for opportunities to grow not only personally but professionally as well. Plans after graduation are to attend a credited culinary school in the United States to fulfill the dream of becoming a professional chef. Interested in meeting people from all over the world and travelling to places I never dreamed of. Originally from Peru and living in the USA for about 6 years was not an easy transition, but shows that with hard work and perseverance everything is possible.

I like to describe myself as 1/4 Chinese, 1/4 Peruvian, 1/4 Italian, and 1/4 Jamaican because that is where my great grandparents come from. I am all about diversity and helping people reach their potential. One of my goals in life is to make every person I meet happy. Some characteristics that describe my personality are outgoing, friendly, charismatic, and much more. Looking for the perfect opportunity to network with people and make friends.
