With strong passion to innovate and drive for solutions, during my several years’ experience in HR I grew and developed professionally and as a leader, working within Leadership Team to help lead change, monitor success and apply lessons learned.

• Lead significant organizational restructuring and rightsizing programs including plants’ optimization and outsourcing of non-core activities

• Recruited high-caliber candidates for positions at all levels in the organization.

• Improved organizational performance through the implementation of a full range of training and development programs that utilize full set of development opportunities for employees including mentoring, job-shadowing, team leadership, and classes.

From my experience and the desire to run my own business was born BlueLink, a company that provides HR Management services and consulting on all activities related to the development and management of human resources in a company, addressing in particular the SMEs
