Cristina Oneto

Cristina is an entrepeneur that started her own Management Consulting firm: Projectoneto: Potential, Strategy & Results. She leads a network of outstanding professionals and consultants working in: Argentina, Mexico, Brazil, Barcelona Spain, Ecuador, USA, Colombia, Costa Rica, Chile, Perú, Dominicana and Uruguay. They are Talentum experts working in challenging projects in each of their countries.

As a result of being: HR director and manager for more than 20 years, and with her broad experience in all aspects of strategic and corporate policies, and regional responsabilities on Business and Human Development and many years ofinvestigation and studies on Human Behavior and Potential, she developed Talentum by Projectoneto.

She teaches in the Buenos Aires most important business schools since 1986. Cris has direct experience with automotive industry, financial industry, consulting industry, petroleum industry, food industry, chemical industry, farming business, teaching institutions since 1987. With broad experience in national and regional business since 1996. As a Coach Cris works not only with business people and politicians, but arts people too: sculptors, singers, musissians, actors and actress.

Cristina is married with Hector and has two sons. As a music and piano teacher she loves music and all artistic expressions. Outdoors training is not a job! it´s her working vacation. She loves contact with nature, sports and people. She manages a small family farm since 1987.
