CROME

Freelance designer, illustrator, business owner, and entrepreneur - CROME, just landed a storefront in the heart of the evolving art community, Bridgeport.

Soon, CROME Shop & Gallery will have their Grand Opening in the Fall of 2013.

In this shop & gallery, CROME plans to combine their love for design and illustration on several levels; offer space to feature local artists trying to emerge into the Chicago art scene; have an inhouse woodshop/studio and production area to create product models, furniture designs, etc; hold networking events featuring local musicians, artists and businesses to introduce and connect several people to create a fantastic web of networking individuals; and lastly, 10% of any money contribution to the studio will be given to a different charitable organization every month.

Supporting local talent in the community is only one of several things CROME is passionate about. By encouraging other artists, musicians and small business owners to merge their talents; hoping to introduce locales to what’s right in front of them, rather than the corporate route; CROME plans to utilize and explore the surrounding talents in Chicago.

The goal is to raise enough money to fix up the shop and get the gallery/shop up and running by Fall of 2013.
