Administration: maintaining administrative operations of training facilities.

Technical Support: training end-users in the use of technologies to allow them to perform tasks efficiently.

Operations: Conducting high-stakes testing of medical professionals with the use of high-fidelity patient simulators.

Finance: Providing finance reports and operational utilization reports on the activities of the training facilities.

Public Relations: Speaking to individuals and groups of people from foreign countries, local businesses and investors to the merits of simulation training.

Curriculum Development: Producing educational content for medical students in the performance of clinical skills.

Training: Conducting training of medical professionals of various skills related to simulation.

Audio-Visual: Conducting high-stakes training with the use of advanced audio-visual systems.
