Alan Fitzpatrick

Owner & head coach of CrossFit Navan. I have five years experience as a CrossFit trainer with a background in Triathlon. I bring 14 years experience as a fitness trainer and coach to the box & have represented Ireland at the amateur Triathlon world championships in Budapest. I also manage & own the Celtic Series of CrossFit Throwdowns in Ireland. I believe that CrossFit is a sport & everyone who ‘plays’ is an athlete, regardless of experience.
