I am Fitness Director of Crossfit Stars. CrossFit was founded by Greg Glassman in 2000 in the United States of America.

And CrossFitStars is the first affiliate of CrossFit in Egypt. Journey of CrossFit Stars was started with my few friends back in 2011 and today, community has grown to over 600 participants nationwide

At CrossFit Stars , we strive our best to help you to build physical and mental health as its our mission “To make everyday challenges ordinary”.

CrossFit is a broad and inclusive program encompassing the standards you would expect:
