Crosspoint Realty's founders and principals, Thomas N. Klein and D. Carter Hemming each possess decades of experience in the real estate industry. Mr. Klein began working in real estate in 1982 before founding LA West Realty, a successful firm that he sold before moving to Northern California in the late 1980s. Mr. Hemming partnered with Mr. Klein at MMI Realty Services in the early 1990s to develop MMI's third-party management and leasing portfolio in California.
