I love the fact that we all have the fullest power to not only maintain but also grow and enhance the bodies that we are given. I am a Personal Trainer by profession and I love to shape up peoples' bodies for a living. There is nothing truly more satisfying than watching the body transformation knowing that I helped in the process. I love cross trainers to be able to do this and for this very reason.
