Bonjour! Hola! Oi! My name is Claire. I work as a Travel Counselor at a Boston based company called Odysseys Unlimited. This tour operator works closely with special interest groups such as Smithsonian Journeys and university alumni specializing in small group (12-24 people) travel.

I have an insatiable desire to travel and I have been very fortunate to have the opportunity to travel to many countries—I celebrated my 22nd country last month during my stay in Cambodia! This desire originated from my family as my mother is of French and Vietnamese origin and I grew up in a bilingual household constantly exposed to another world outside of my own. My travels began to emerge at 15 when I spent a month volunteering and hiking in India with a non-profit called World Challenge Organization. Following this experience, I began to cultivate my desire to travel.

I have studied abroad 3 times, interned in 2 international environments, and I speak 3 languages. I am largely involved in the Couchsurfing community and my next destination is Peru!
