A friend of mine sent me a website known asCrowdPoint. It is amazing and I love it. Why? ...
Do you know that your personal data is scattered all over the internet? That means you do not have control over it. Do you often get advertisements of things you searched on the web? Let's say you want to buy a bicycle and you search in a search engine. The next hour you receive many bicycle ads, isn't it? If you click on one of them and buy do you get paid for that? NOPE! Your personal data is used to bring you ads but you don't get paid for it.
Now this CrowdPoint website says it will protect your personal data and pay you for its use. COOL isn't it?
How do they do it? With your permission, they collect your personal data scattered on the web and store it in a smart contract in a BLOCKCHAIN. In a blockchain, your personal data cannot be changed, amended, stolen, or erased. It is secure. Then you authorize them to monetize your personal data in their many Marketplace Exchanges. And whenever a person buys a product or service on the Exchanges you also get rewarded for the use of your data. This blew my mind off.
