HI! I'm Christina! I am blessed to be a follower of Christ, wife to Jason and mother to Jordan and Jaxson.

In April of 1999 I began dating the most handsome guy I had laid my eyes on. I can still remember how bright the sun was shining behind him as he opened the doors to that little country church I was attending at the time. I was only 12 years old at that time but the image is still vivid. White dress shirt and red tie with dress slacks. Oh, and did i mention good looking? So a few years later we began dating. Let's just say he had me at hello. 7 years later I married him; my high school sweetheart and best friend.

Six years into our marriage, we gave birth to our first born, Jordan. He's the sweetest 3 year old that loves snuggling one minute and loves rough housing with daddy the next. He is developing a little personality and has a lot to say these days and I love it! Did I mention he loves super hero's? He makes me proud each and everyday!

Our youngest son, Jaxson is 12 weeks old now. He is the spitting image of his older brother so far. We are very thankful for him!

I love a handful of really important things.

I love words. I have learned over the years how important words are. Words can change lives. Words can reveal what's in your heart. Words can deliver encouragement, laughter, inspiration and courage. I hope to use this blog for just that.

I love home. I am definatley a homegirl. I love my family and friends. I love sitting on my back porch spending quality time with my husband. I love having family and friends over for a lovely meal and catching up on life. I love decorating my home and pray that one day our children can look back on their childhood behind these four walls and remember they were loved and treasured. May each one that enters leave blessed.

I love Jesus. He is my standard for which I uphold everything. He is my reason for this blog. I have grown alot in the last 10 years of my spiritual journey and have learned a lot about faith and hope. Through difficult times in my life he has watched over me, protected me, and blessed me. God continues to write my testimony and as I go through this journey called life I hope I can share some of the encouragement and joy that i have been blessed with.
