Crown Corporate Housing is a privately owned, woman-owned corporate housing company headquartered in Franklin, Tennessee. Founded over 20 years ago by local Nashville real estate agents Jim and Lois Elliott, the company has grown from a handful of furnished units into a nationwide provider with an average of 150 to 200 furnished apartments across the United States.

Crown Corporate Housing provides first-class, fully furnished temporary accommodations for corporate professionals, relocating employees, government personnel, medical travelers, and patients requiring lodging near treatment centers. The company holds a GSA contract and is an approved housing provider for Vanderbilt University Medical Center Stem Cell and Transplant Patients.

All furnished units come fully stocked with linens, kitchen essentials, appliances, furniture, a 40-inch Smart TV with streaming, wireless internet, and an in-unit washer and dryer. Utilities are included. Guests receive access to community amenities, including fitness centers, swimming pools, and clubhouses.

Crown Corporate Housing operates on short-term leases with no security deposits and provides one consolidated monthly bill. A 24-hour live concierge and emergency service is available to all guests.
