I am an Electrical Engineer by profession. My area of expertise includes Telecommunications Engineering, Security and Policy. I have wide range of experience in communications systems including Wireless and Mobile Communications, Satellite Communications, Signal Processing, Communications Theory, Information Theory, with emphasis on theoretical and practical (applied) research problems. I also conduct research on SECURITY issues for physical layer and MAC layer. Spectrum management including spectrum sensing and dynamic spectrum access (DSA) is another aspect of modern communications system on which I have keen interest. Apart from that, I often like to work on Telecom Regulatory Policy related to the socio-economic-technical issues of spectrum management and allocation plan.
