I created Cruachan Consulting in 2013 to work with industry colleagues implementing new ATM and debit strategies; to address the quickly evolving debit payments landscape impacted by advancing technologies, PCI requirements, interchange fluctuations; and the need to implement necessary technological and regulatory changes in the industry. As the Manager of Automated Delivery Systems for a $2B credit union in Richmond, Virginia we have pushed the ATM and PIN debit platform to utilize the most advanced technology at hand and to perform at the highest availability achievable. After 12 years of experience in the ATM, PIN debit processing, and automated delivery channel management, I'm extremely passionate about working with clients to navigate the changing debit landscape, improve their operational efficiencies, and meet their organizations strategic objectives.
