JuliAnn Cruz-Lawrence

Hi. My name in JuliAnn, I am a student and paraprofessional in California. I have naturally become the person students go to for support, comfort, and guidance. I am approachable, patient, and steady. I am able to create a classroom environment where every student feels safe and understood. My ability to build trust and connect with students on a personal level is what has inspired my path toward becoming a Special Education teacher. I provide calm presence and have a heart for advocacy, to show up every day ready to support her students in whatever they need. I’m seeking opportunities that will allow me to further support students with exceptional needs and grow as an educator.
