Hi, I’m Crystal. I’m an Email Designer & Developer living in Oakland, California.

My career in Email started a few years ago with ExactTarget, now called Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Prior to my career, I studied Multimedia with emphasis on Web Design and Development. My interest in studying and pursuing a career in Design and Development stemmed from my hobby as a blogger. I never liked the template options offered via blogging platforms, so I wanted to design my own. That meant I had to learn code in addition to design. I fell in love with both ever since.

In addition to designing and coding for email, I also consult with various clients about the ins and outs of email rendering, progressive enhancement tactics and improving email production process.

The email world is a unique and challenging yet very rewarding space. I'm looking to connect with other #emailgeeks and explore new opportunities.
