Crystal has over 17 years of experience and brought her creative talents to Phoenix, AZ from Michigan over 10 years ago. She has worked for Prova Salon for over 5 years and as of January 2013, has gone on her own working for herself and running her own salon business: Crystal Carrie Hair Design.

Crystal has continued her education by attending the International Chicago Beauty Show, attended several MAC Makeup Classes by Tiffany J, Advanced Color and Cutting Classes from Redkin, and attended classes at the Glendale Fashion Focus Show.
