Crystal became a trainer after years of searching for her passion. Considering PE was her worst subject in school it's the last thing she would have expected. But after years of insecurity as "the chubby kid" and many more years of battling to lose weight she developed a passion for exercise and healthy living. A passion she has become more and more deeply committed to sharing with others. "Falling in love with fitness and transforming my body changed my life! It gave me a confidence I had never known before and there is nothing like seeing the same thing happen for someone else."
In her development process Crystal has been fortunate enough to work with some of the greatest fitness minds Los Angeles has to offer, exploring all types of styles and techniques from yoga to boot camp, pilates, dance, weight lifting, boxing, interval training, plyometrics and so on. She is a firm believer that in order to stay committed to your fitness the process must contain variety and fun. She has developed her own style incorporating the many different techniques she has learned over the years constantly mixing it up and tailoring her workouts to the individual. "My goal is to inspire you to love working out and taking care of your body, and to make fitness fun!"
