I am a Teaching and Learning Coordinator with the ESU10 in Kearney. Prior to joining the service unit, I taught at Lexington in 9-12 English and ELL, then at Pleasanton in 7-12 English, Drama, Speech, and Journalism.

I completed my undergraduate degree at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln where I competed on the UNL Speech & Debate Team, cultivating my passion for public speaking and performance. This past summer, I completed my graduate degree as a PK-12 Reading Specialist at the University of Nebraska-Kearney.

I grew up in Ansley, Nebraska, and currently reside in Broken Bow with my significant other and our two kitties, Butler and C.C. (Cindy Clawford). I love to garden and can vegetables, hone my green thumb skills, cook for family and friends, read (preferably in the sun), enjoy the water at my dad’s cabin on Sherman Lake, and attend concerts.
