Hi, I’m Crystell. I’m a mother of five living in Durham, North Carolina. I am a fan of fitness, food, and fashion. I am a student studying for a B.S. degree in Physical Education with a concentration in Exercise and Sports Science. My educational goal is to pursue a graduate degree as a Physician Assistant. Professionally, I would like to open my own assisted living facility.

My journey through school has never been easy. I am not the person that sees something and automatically understands. Rather, I am usually the one that has her hand up asking questions. As a full time mother, employee and student, time is of the essence. I utilize my time practicing and preaching diligence and repetition.

In my spare time I enjoy shopping, spending time with my kids, and watching movies. I live my life trying to be an inspiration, friend and advocate for those who cannot advocate for themselves.

I encourage all of my fellow classmates to follow their dreams regardless of how difficult and how long it may take. Life is journey, enjoy the twists and turns and never give up!
