In Cenina's current role, she designs and deploys succession planning and talent management strategies for Emory Healthcare. Her responsibilities include partnering with leaders across the organization to provide consultative advice around succession planning and talent effectiveness. In her role, she implements high impact programs that aid in developing the leadership bench. In addition, she creates integrated succession management strategies to implement across the enterprise. Her works allows the organization to identify current and future talent gaps across all lines of business that can be addressed by developmental opportunities. She ensures the organization meets its performance goals through developing leaders who demonstrate the applicable competencies and experiences.
Prior to joining Emory Healthcare, Cenina held positions with several global organizations to include United Parcel Service, The Coca-Cola Company, and Bank of America. Additionally, she is an online, adjunct instructor. In this role, she facilitates business courses within the human resources discipline. She has facilitated courses focused on employee recruitment and selection and diversity in the workplace. Cenina serves as a mentor for new faculty members.
