Christian Schlicht
In a similar manner to the way his aunt converted her home to a parachute factory, Christian Schlicht has established a clinic at the local homeless shelter in his community. Born out of a selfless desire to serve the poor and the needy population of the inner city, the clinic which Chris Schlicht put up aims to address the needs of the less fortunate by providing them with truly professional care. When he's not attending to those who constantly seek his help, Christian Schlicht is busy floating above the clouds in a modern parachute which is an offshoot of his aunt's creative invention: the Paulus parachute. Kaethe Paulus, Christian Schlicht's aunt, was the leading German expert on parachuting of her time. This is in addition to Kaethe's having been: inventor of the parachute container; inventor of the foldable parachute; inventor of the pilot parachute; inventor of the first modern parachute with a folded parachute inside a container; the first German balloonist. The Paulus parachute, which Kaethe patented in 1910 and had eventually perfected, has been widely used by parachute and skydiving enthusiasts and professionals all over the world. Aside from having such a famous and well-renowned aunt, Christian Schlicht is also the son of a German paratrooper who enlisted in the Army in 1955 just as the German Army came back into existence after World War II. Performing his very first parachuting endeavor at 18, Christian Schlicht consequently found a tremendous passion for the extremely dangerous sport of skydiving. Currently residing in Cheyenne, Wyoming with his lovely family, Christian Schlicht continues to pursue his skydiving hobby as often as he can.
